This is certificate course of 1 Year duration for those who are interested in Yoga and Pranayam. This course includes knowledge about the basic principles of Ashtang Yoga, methods of various aasans and their clinical importance.

The minimum eligibility for this course is 12th passed with biology subject.

After by getting certificate from Paramedical Council Bhopal, the candidate can either work independently as YOGA Trainer or can easily get good job in Yoga Training Centers and Yoga Schoolss.

Naturopathy is type of therapy in which medicines is not used. This is a 1 Year on the application of 5 natural elements(SKY, AIR, FIRE, WATER & EARTH) for treatment of diseases. This course provides knowledge about health life style by Exercise, Rest, Hygiene, Food habits and Mental peace. In this duration of 1 year basic as well as practical knowledge related to the subject will be provided to the students.
